Creamy Chocolate Frosting
This milk chocolate frosting is smooth, creamy, and not too dark.
Ingredients

2 ¾ cups confectioners' sugar

6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature

5 tablespoons evaporated milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Sift confectioners' sugar and cocoa powder into a medium bowl.
- Beat butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar mixture alternately with evaporated milk until well combined; blend in vanilla.
- Beat mixture on high speed until light and fluffy. Adjust consistency with more milk or sugar, if desired.
