Tiwul Krawu (traditional food of Gunungkidul)
Ingredients

100 grams cassava flour (glepung)

Enough boiled water

50 grams grated coconut, steamed with salt
Directions

Pour the cassava flour into a bowl, then sprinkle it with a little water using your hands. Do this gradually by lightly sprinkling the water as needed.

Mix and combine using a circular motion until the texture becomes crumbly/granulated.

Place it into a preheated steamer and steam for about 7 minutes or until fully cooked.

Add steamed grated coconut on top of the tiwul and it is ready to serve. ????????️
