The Golden Potential of Local Coffee MSMEs from Banyumas
A brief overview of how Banyumas coffee businesses can grow through innovation, strong partnerships, and pride in local products to reach national and international markets.
Purwokerto – When talking about coffee, it is no longer just about drinking it; coffee has become part of a lifestyle and even a source of income for many people. Behind every cup of coffee we enjoy, there is a long process involving farmers, processors, and local coffee entrepreneurs.
Resi Dewi Rahmadani, owner of Raksita Kopi Banyumas, appeared in the UMKM Bicara Pro 1 RRI Purwokerto dialogue program, introducing strategies to strengthen local coffee MSMEs amid increasingly competitive market conditions.
Local coffee has unique flavor characteristics, yet a major challenge often lies in maintaining consistent production quality. Resi emphasized that collaboration between the government, communities, and business actors is crucial to creating a healthy business ecosystem.
“We must be proud of our local products and continue to maintain quality from upstream to downstream so that consumers have strong trust,” she said.
