Green Grass Jelly
Ingredients

150 green grass jelly leaves

1 liter of water

150 grams of palm sugar

1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

1 pandan leaf

A pinch of salt

250 ml of water

Sweetened condensed milk to taste
Directions

Clean the grass jelly leaves, then cut them into small pieces.

Add water and squeeze the leaves until the slime/gel begins to release from the leaves.

Strain the liquid, pour it into a container, then place it in the refrigerator and let it set until firm.
- Cook the palm sugar mixture (palm sugar, sugar, pandan leaf, salt, and water) until it boils, then let it cool slightly.

In a serving bowl, add the green grass jelly, then pour palm sugar syrup to taste.

Finally, add sweetened condensed milk to taste as a substitute for coconut milk.

Serve with ice cubes for a more refreshing taste.
